Cancellation & Refund Policy
At La Verna, we value our clients’ time and our team’s dedication to providing
exceptional service. To ensure a smooth booking experience, we kindly request
that all clients respect the following policy:
1. Refund Policy (First-Time Clients Only):
First-time clients who prepay for a service and are unable to attend their appointment may request a full refund or reschedule with no penalty.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling:
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without any charges.
Same-day cancellations or missed appointments will be considered a “no-show.”
3. Multiple Cancellations:
If a client cancels or misses their appointment three (3) times, future bookings will only be accepted with full prepayment at the time of booking.
4. No-Show Policy:
Repeated no-shows may result in limited booking privileges.
